Looking ahead to Week Three, one of my teams has Eli Manning, Matt Schaub and Carson Palmer at QB. Should I put Palmer on the trading block? At RB, I have Marion Barber, Joseph Addai and Darren McFadden. Should I put Addai on the trading block? I could use an upgrade at TE (L.J. Smith and Randy McMichael) and WR (start 3, currently have T.J. Houshmandzadeh, Roy Williams, Chris Chambers and Eddie Royal).

— Stephen

You certainly do have a glut of talent at QB and a nice trio of RBs as well, Stephen, but I don't know if I like the strategy you've suggested. Obviously, the slow starts for both Palmer and Addai have been extremely frustrating for fantasy owners, but holding on to them for now might be your best bet. You see, if you try to trade either one at the moment, you're not going to get anywhere near equal value. When it comes to trading, you want to buy low and sell high. By offering up these guys now, you're selling low, which could hurt you in the long run. Palmer and Addai are both great players who will come around at some point. If you still want to deal them once they start playing well, go ahead, because then you'll at least be getting fair value. But for now, stand pat.

Doc -
Trying to keep the undefeated streak alive. In Week 3: Matt Forté or Darren McFadden at flex? Braylon Edwards or T.J. Houshmandzadeh at WR?

— Jake

Well, Jake, you have some nice options there, which makes this a tough choice. I really like both McFadden and Forté, but McFadden's big-play potential gives him the edge for me. He has a fairly tough matchup with Buffalo, but I'm still expecting big things from him. At WR, I'm going to stick with Edwards, although his slow start has me a bit concerned. But at the same time, Housh hasn't exactly amazed, either. Since both guys play difficult opponents this week, neither has an advantage there. Because Edwards has the higher ceiling, I'm going to recommend him, but just know that each guy is somewhat of a gamble.
