A source close to the Bengals suggests that it’s less than “50-50” that the Bengals bring back both halves of the WR tandem of T.J. Houshmandzadeh and Chad Ocho Cinco in 2009. The Bengals have to decide whether to give Houshmandzadeh the franchise tag or let him test unrestricted free agency. The Bengals have deactivated WR Chad Ocho Cinco for Thursday night's game at Pittsburgh because of a team rules violation. The team did not elaborate on the nature of the violation and said it would comment further after the game. Conflicting reports have emerged about the deactivation. The Bengals' official Web site reported that Ocho Cinco overslept for a meeting on Wednesday night.
