The way we hear it, the Titans are high on second-year C-OG Leroy Harris’ potential. C Kevin Mawae’s right elbow injury paved the way for Harris to make his first career start in Week 17 at Indianapolis, and Harris is expected to start if Mawae’s injury keeps him out of the divisional-round game vs. Baltimore.
