When the Raiders signed former Giants FS Gibril Wilson to a six-year, $39 million deal back in March, the Cowboys knew what they were up against when it came to keeping their own free-agent safety, Ken Hamlin. ESPN.com and NFL Network’s Adam Schefter are reporting that the Titans and Cowboys have completed a complex — and drawn-out — deal that would send suspended CB-RS Pacman Jones to Dallas, with several provisions built into the deal.
