PFW Online HELP

If you are experiencing problems using our PFW Online service, here are a few tips that might help you out ...

NOTE: If you never received a confirmation email from Pro Football Weekly indicating that you had a temporary logon or if you never received your permanent logon information, then you may be blocking email from our automated-response account: pfwserv@pfwmedia.com. Please make sure that your email account will accept mail from this sender because it is the official automated email account of the Inner Circle.

Click here to send us an e-mail, but you must include the following information in order for us to process your request:

• e-mail address used when account was set up
• name (first, last)
• address (city, state, zip)

You will receive an email response from our Customer Service Department using pfwmail@pfwmedia.com. Please make sure that your email account will accept mail from this sender as well.

As a PFW Online subscriber, you get access to ALL of the PFW editors' game picks — not just the consensus picks which are free content in the Handicapper's Corner channel. The full PFW staff selections are not in the Handicapper's Corner channel — they are in the PFW Online channel in your issue of PFW Online.

To access all of the picks, you must open the online copy of the issue in the PFW Online channel. To do that, you must

1. Log on to the site using your Inner Circle Customer ID and E-mail Address.
2. From the home page, in the center column (it is the column with the main headline) scroll down until you see the heading "PFW Online".
3. In the PFW Online section next to "This week's issue", select "VIEW IT NOW"
4. A new page will open. You will see a copy of the cover and a circular button with the letters "PFW" in the middle. Click on that button.
5. The paper will now open up in a new window.
6. Use the table of contents on the left-hand side of the window to locate Handicapper's Corner and then under it, you'll see "PFW staff selections". Click on "PFW staff selections." You will see the Handicapper's Corner page of the issue where all of the PFW editors' picks and results are located.

Members of the Handicapping Inner Circle also have access to all of the PFW editors' picks and much, much more. What's the fastest way to get to the current issue of PFW Online?

1. Log on to the site using your Inner Circle Customer ID and E-mail Address. When you sign in, you are taken to the subscription page. From there, the easiest way to navigate the site is just start at the home page. You can always reach the home page by clicking on the "HOME" link in the upper lefthand corner of any page.
2. From the home page, in the center column (it is the column with the main headline) scroll down until you see the heading "PFW Online".
3. In the PFW Online section next to "This week's issue", select "VIEW IT NOW"
4. A new page will open. You will see a copy of the cover and a circular button with the letters "PFW" in the middle. Click on that button.
5. The paper will now open up in a new window.

How can I see the back issues that are in the archives?

As a PFW Online subscriber, you have access to all of our past issues that go back to the 2003 NFL draft. To see all of the issues that have been archived, you need to use our PFW Online Program Guide and Archives:

1. Log on to the site using your Inner Circle Customer ID and E-mail Address.
2. From the home page, in the left hand grey column (the navigation bar) select PFW Online.
3. Still in the lefthand grey column, PFW Online is now gold and there are 7 new links to choose from under it:

4. Select "The Archives" for prior season issues or select "PFW Online Program Guide" for archived issues from the current season.

6. A new page will open. You will see a copy of the cover and a circular button with the letters "PFW" in the middle. Click on that button.
7. The paper will now open up in a new window.

How can I see my premium gifts, e.g. the Draft Preview Online or the Pro Prospects Preview Online?

As a full-year PFW Online subscriber, you have access to our premium gifts which are the Draft Preview Online or the Pro Prospects Preview Online. Here is how to see your premium e-pub:

1. Log on to the site using your Inner Circle Customer ID and E-mail Address.
2. From the home page, in the left hand grey column (the navigation bar) select PFW Online.
3. Still in the lefthand grey column, PFW Online is now gold and there are 7 new links to choose from under it:
